Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10 in 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr., a tool and Die manufacturer, who worked as a worker for a manufacturing company. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her brothers and sisters. Stone was thought to be gifted academically in her early years and entered in second grade at the age of five. Saegertown Senior High School in Saegertown Pennsylvania is where she received her diploma in 1975. A winner of Miss Crawford County, she took part in her first Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone and her aunt moved from New Jersey to New Jersey to start a modelling career in 1977. They joined an agency called the Ford Modeling Agency after a couple of months. After that, she moved to Europe and spent an entire year living in Milan in Italy and Paris. Stone but was dissatisfied with Europe with the modelling industry, and decided to venture to acting. At 20, she appeared in the Woody Allen film "Stardust Memories," that received mixed praises.
