Aura Garrido is an Spanish actress that works in film and TV. She has appeared in such films as Stockholm as well as in the television series El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido was born in Madrid born baby in 1989. The father of her Tomas Garrido is a composer and orchestra conductor, and their mother Pilar Sanchez is a painter. When she was just four years old, she started the first piano lessons and started to learn ballet. She is fluent in English thanks to having an english-speaking friend as a child. She was enrolled at Madrid's Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico following her graduation at high school. In her 3rd year, she studied interpretive and textual aspects of the program. In 2010, however she resigned from the school due to her role for the role of Planes para manana. In 2010, she was cast in the film Planes para Manana which won her a Silver Biznaga as best supporting actress.
